‘Cyberpunk 2077:’ Dark Horse Offering Militech Spiderbot ‘Flathead’ Statue

Dark Horse Direct will now offer a statue of the Militech Spiderbot “Flathead”. This statue will depict Militech’s advanced recon unit from CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077.

Dark Horse, which has been the go-to spot for Cyberpunk collectibles, has priced this statue at $299.99. This replica bot, sculpted by Bigshot Toyworks, is limited to 1000 copies. It is available to be preordered at the current moment. It is expected to ship sometime between September and December of 2021.

“Dark Horse and CD Projekt Red are proud to present the Cyberpunk 2077: Militech spiderbot ‘Flathead’ Statue! Based on the state of the art Militech model MT0D12 ‘Flathead’, this premier replica statue is at the ready for stealth and recon,” reads the description of the statue on Dark Horse’s website.

According to the website, this statue will have “working light-emitting diodes (LED’s), including both green environment and red activation indicator lights.” The bot will be 10 inches in height and 10.76 inches in length. This replica also comes with a certificate of authenticity and three batteries to power its LED function.

This military-grade surveillance bot appears early in the game. V acquires it, either through purchase or violence, from the Maelstrom Gang who stole the bot originally. This is referenced heavily by Dark Horse as the piece is “poised over Maelstrom tagged concrete fr0m the streets of Night City.” Dark Horse also includes the following quote from Maelstrom member Dum Dum: “Here we go. The Flathead model MT0D12.” The description also ends with, “Pre-order yours today before Maelstrom snags it for their next future heist!”

Dark Horse Direct works with expert sculptors and manufacturers to bring fans artwork and other collectibles. The site features collectibles from Cyberpunk 2077 along with other comics, shows and games. Dark Horse Direct also features collectibles based upon The Witcher, which is another game series from CD Projekt Red. Recently, Dark Horse sold out of the “Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team #1 Exclusive Variant Bundle”.
