Grand Theft Auto Online (Rockstar Games)
The Daytona 500 was just a few weeks ago. Maybe that’s why Rockstar has announced in a new YouTube video, that F1 racing will be a pivotal part of GTA’s online servers.
The name of Rockstar’s new online mode will be called Open Wheel Races. Players will race around pre-created racing tracks across the various regions of Los Santos. Racers will be able to win one of two new luxury vehicles – if they finish their race and come in first place.
Vehicles in this game mode are super sensitive to any sort of contact made by a wall or another car. The F1 racing mode also requires that users take a pit-stop every two laps or so. If players forfeit their pit-stop option, tires will end up losing their traction. That can result in a loss of stability, a more loose turning radius, and might end up losing their position to other racers.

In theory, GTA Racing sounds like a perfect game mode to a seemingly unstoppable game.
However, this is Grand Theft Auto and players shan’t forget that. Online players should expect lots of bumps and scratches from various 11-year-old players when racing on the track.
Don’t take it just from me, but from some users on Twitter as well.
