Mortal Kombat 11
Mortal Kombat is a hallmark of the fighting game genre, and one of its most iconic combatants is returning for its newest installment. Actor-turned-fighter Johnny Cage has participated in the series since its inception.
NetherRealm Studios has confirmed he’ll return for the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 through a new trailer:
Cage looks like he’s aged a bit, but thankfully the graying hair hasn’t affected his skills in the arena. All of his signature moves from prior games seem to have carried over to 11, and he’s gained a few new ones to help revitalize his arsenal. Cage has a camera capable of stunning opponents, and he’s brought along a stunt double to help pummel them.
Mortal Kombat 11 will hit the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on April 23. Fans who pre-order the game will be able to get a taste of it on March 28, when a beta is slated to arrive.
