Nintendo has rolled out a new update to the Switch. While it features the usual stability fixes, the update brings new features to Nintendo’s hybrid system. The biggest new addition Nintendo added was the ability to allow users to transfer their saved photos and videos wirelessly, along with the power to transfer them via a USB stick or cable. Previously, you could only share photos and videos to various social media platforms, such as Twitter and Facebook. Some of the other changes and additions that were brought in via the update include Nintendo Switch Online having its own tab in the home menu and 12 new user icons that players can use, which help celebrate the 35 anniversary of Super Mario Brothers.
Finally, Nintendo Switch users now track what games their friends are playing and have the option to have their backed up saved data automatically download from the cloud. To see the full list of what this latest update offers, you can check out their support page.
