‘The Last Of Us Part 2’ Multiplayer Will Be Worth It, Says Series Creator Niel Druckman

The original Last of Us was released back in 2013 and included multiplayer. While not a surprise coming from Naughty Dog since they released multiplayer modes for every Uncharted game since the second installment, Part 2 did not arrive with a multiplayer mode. Last weekend, Naughty Dog partook in its fan appreciation day for The Last Of Us, titled “The Last of Us Day.” During this time, Naughty Dog released a ton of new merchandise, GIFS and a free PS4 theme, among other goodies.

However, one thing that many fans were still wondering about is where the Multiplayer mode for The Last of Us. Over on Twitter, series creator Niel Druckman reassured fans that it would be worth it.

The Last of Us Part 2 was released to a positive critical response and has sold over 4 million copies worldwide when it arrived on store shelves on June 19. Currently, Naughty Dog has no plans for what their next project will be.
