We’re about a month and a half away from the launch of a new generation of consoles. Microsoft wants you to play as many games as you can with both the Xbox Series X and Series S. While there will be a handful of games that will be made for the Series X/S in mind, you’ll be able to play nearly every game released across every Xbox console, including the Xbox One, Xbox 360 and the original Xbox. If you don’t own some of Xbox’s best titles, many of them are currently available with the Xbox Game Pass.
Now, you’ll be adding some of EA’s biggest franchises to your playlist as Microsoft has announced that EA Plays, EA’s subscription service, will be coming to subscribers of Xbox Games Ultimate this November when the Xbox Series X and Series S arrive.
In a blog post on Xbox.com, Sarah Bond, CVP, Gaming Partnerships & Ecosystem for Xbox, announced that fans would be able to play games featured in EA Plays on both Xbox and PC if you have Game Pass Ultimate. “We will have a whole new collection of games coming your way on console and PC, and that some of the best EA Play games will also be available for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members to play on Android devices via the cloud,” said Bond.
Get ready to play many games this holiday season, as Xbox Series X and S arrive in stores on November 10.
