Everything Announced At Ubisoft Forward 2024

Ubisoft Forward has come and gone with a slew of new gameplay, trailers and reveals. From Star Wars Outlaws to Prince of Persia, here’s everything revealed at Ubisoft Forward 2024.

Star Wars Outlaws

Ubisoft started the show with a bang by showcasing 10 minutes of gameplay for Star Wars OutlawsStar Wars Outlaws is an open-world game set in the Star Wars universe. Players take control of a bounty hunter named Kay as she fulfills bounties, gets into dogfights and traverses the galaxy. Star Wars Outlaws launches on August 30.

The Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake

The remake of The Sands of Time has been developing for a long time. Announced at 2020’s Ubisoft Forward, the game was given an initial release date of January 2021. Now, Ubisoft has revealed that The Sands of Time will come out sometime in 2026. No footage of the game was shown.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Players were given a closer look at this year’s Assassin’s Creed game. The game’s dual protagonist structure was on display, showing different ways a player can approach a mission as either Yasuke or Naoe. Assassin’s Creed Shadows comes out November 12.

Anno 117: Pax Romana

The next entry in the Anno series was revealed. As the title suggests, Anno 117: Pax Romana will take place in the Roman Empire and launch sometime next year.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown DLC

Returning to the world of Prince of Persia, Ubisoft announced a new DLC for last year’s Metroidvania title. This story DLC, titled “Mask of Darkness,” will launch in September. Some free content updates were launched for the game right after the show, including new platforming challenges called the Divine Trials.

The Rogue Prince of Persia Update

The show’s final Prince of Persia announcement, The Temple of Fire update for The Rogue Prince of Persia, was launched, bringing new content to the roguelike.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora DLC

Ubisoft showed a trailer for The Sky Breaker, DLC for last year’s Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. This story DLC launches as part of the game’s season pass on July 16.

XDefiant Season 1

The free shooter’s first season will begin on July 2. Season 1 will bring the game a ton of new features, such as a new progression system, new weapons, new maps and a capture-the-flag mode. A full reveal of what’s in store for the season will be coming on July 1.

Skull and Bones Update

Season 2 of Skull and Bones is in full swing, and Ubisoft revealed what this season is bringing. Titled Chorus of Havoc, the update includes a Megalodon to fight, a new ship, boat races and the long-requested feature of fleet management. Season 3 will be titled “Dragon’s Wake” and includes a new 5v5 PvP.

The Crew Motorfest Year 2

As The Crew Motorfest enters its second year, Ubisoft revealed what’s coming next. This includes The Chase Squad story content releasing in November.
