‘Modern Warfare’ On PC Will Let You Cut Content

Since the reboot of Modern Warfare was released, the game has gained infamy with the size of each patch it releases. Ranging between 22 – 50 gigs of memory, each patch is practically the size of any game released nowadays. Much of this has to do with the constant changes, additions and balances to the games Battle-Royale mode, Warzone.

Thankfully, for PC Gamers, you’ll be able to uninstall different modes from the game. In a tweet from Paul Haile, the production director on Modern Warfare, it was announced that PC players would have specific uninstall options starting October 14. Currently, Modern Warfare’s file-size sits at over 200 GB across all platforms, with console owners having the ability to remove content from the game back in June.

However, as with the console versions, Warzone is still unavailable to remove, making it bad news for those who want to play the Multiplayer, Campaign, and Co-Op and have no interest in the Battle-Royale Content.

Call of Duty: Warzone released on March 13.
