On Tuesday, Minecraft unveiled yet another game mode for players to partake in.

On Tuesday, Minecraft officially released its new dungeons version, aptly titled Minecraft Dungeons. In this game mode, players don’t mine or create things as they would in the original version of the game. Instead, players will play in a game mode where they will be dropped in randomly generated dungeons and face enemies. Players will be forced to try and escape the dungeon. It won’t be easy however, as gamers will have to overcome various puzzles and traps. Unlike in the main game, players there is no classification on weapons, players can use any weapon that they please.

Minecraft Dungeons can be played either single-player or in a multiplayer online mode. When you are not trying to escape the various dungeons, players can practice their skills and tactics in the camp area, where players can practice as mentioned, but also upgrade their equipment while also having the opportunity to explore while also not worrying about being attacked by foes.
