Publisher Go On Board has released an in-depth unboxing video for Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game, giving backers a detailed look at what’s included in the crowdfunded “All-In” pledge as the campaign’s extended late-pledge window nears its close.

The eight-minute video, posted to YouTube, walks through nearly everything included in the top-tier pledge: all four gameplay expansions — Phantom Liberty, Trauma Team, Edgerunners, and Johnny Silverhand & NCPD — along with the Terrain Pack visual upgrade and the Stretch Goals box, plus their associated mission cards, character boards, room tiles, and unpainted miniatures, according to ScreenRant. The late-pledge window closes July 20.

The game is a cooperative, story-driven tactical action title for one to four players, developed by Polish studio Go On Board in close collaboration with CD Projekt Red. Players take on the roles of series regulars V, Judy Alvarez, Panam Palmer, or Jackie Welles, exploring a “what if?” scenario that diverges from a pivotal moment in the video game across 13 core missions, according to CD Projekt Red’s press center.

The game also features a time-pressure mechanic meant to recreate the tension of mercenary work in Night City, more than 50 “Street Stories” for replayability, and an Afterlife Mission Generator that can produce additional single missions.

The project launched its Gamefound crowdfunding campaign in September 2024 after amassing more than 50,000 followers ahead of launch, and was originally slated for a December 2025 release before expanding through additional stretch goals and expansion content, per CD Projekt Red. It’s listed on BoardGameGeek as Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game, where it’s described as a race to “make it to the Major Leagues of Night City.”

The board game arrives as CD Projekt Red leans on the Cyberpunk franchise beyond its flagship RPG, which has sold more than 25 million copies since its rocky 2020 launch and won over 200 awards following the Phantom Liberty expansion and years of updates. The universe has also expanded through the Netflix anime Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, comics, and an upcoming Cyberpunk trading card game, with backers now awaiting further release details after the late-pledge window closes.
