The Lego Group, Netflix and Tomorrow Studios just dropped six brand new One Piece sets with inspiration from Season 2 of the live-action series. The collection spans fan-favorite characters and iconic battle moments, offering a special surprise for fans of both franchises.
The first LEGO One Piece sets that dropped in 2025 were widely praised by both the One Piece community and LEGO fans. Season 2 will follow the Straw Hat crew’s journey as they travel to the Grand Line, fighting new enemies while recruiting new allies as they look for the world’s greatest treasure. The new LEGO One Piece sets were revealed on April 9, 2026, coinciding with the premiere of One Piece Season 2 on Netflix on March 10.
Fans will love the Tony Tony Chopper set. This 577-piece buildable Tony Tony Chopper is 7.5 inches tall and completely posable, with true-to-life accessories that include a book, a syringe and a detachable blue backpack. Also included in the same wave as Tony Tony Chopper is a Dr. Hiriluk’s Hideout set that includes Dr. Hiriluk and Dr. Kureha in LEGO minifigure form for the first time, along with a minifigure version of Tony Tony Chopper, allowing fans to play out his earlier days. With how much fans have loved this character, it seems like a safe bet that they deserve at least one, if not two, new sets in the same series.
The remaining four sets include a 733-piece Dorry vs. Brogy – Giants of Little Garden set, a 1,038-piece Battle at Drum Castle recreates the climactic season showdown, Garp’s Marine Battleship closes out the wave at 1,705 pieces and eight minifigures, and the Showdown with Captain Smoker set rounds out the collection.
“Tony Tony Chopper has always been a standout character for me and many other fans, so it was such a pleasure to try and recreate him as faithfully as possible using the LEGO System in Play,” said Yi-Chien Cheng, associate design lead for LEGO One Piece. “Getting to work closely with Oda Sensei [One Piece manga series creator Eiichiro Oda] on bringing Chopper to LEGO ONE PIECE has been a career highlight.”
A two-part LEGO One Piece animated special is coming to Netflix on September 29, 2026, which is produced in partnership with the LEGO Group and Atomic Cartoons.
