Early this year, the Pokemon Company revealed a little tease about the remakes of two Pokemon classics. Now, we’ve got the official dates for both: Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will launch on Nintendo Switch on November 19, 2021, while Pokemon Legends Arceus arrives later on January 28, 2022.

Although there is a couple of months of waiting, pre-orders for the two remakes are now available on multiple platforms, including Amazon, Best Buy, Gamestop, etc.

Announced as part of the Pokémon 25th Anniversary event, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl bring players back to the Sinnoh region, where an adventure of collecting, evolving and battling Pokemon awaits you. According to the Pokemon Company, these remakes preserve high similarity, retaining the original towns and routes that have been resting in your memory. Day-one fans can relive the familiar scenes and immerse in the nostalgic rework.

The games also include some technical improvements from the modern Pokémon series, and, as the Pokemon Company promises, the settings are “easy-to-understand” and “player-friendly.” Newcomers can enjoy the welcoming settings of the remakes with great convenience.

Arceus is an open-world game that is set in a distant, ancient Sinnoh region, unlike other mainline Pokemon games that usually feature modern architectures. You will embark on a journey that marks the beginning of a Pokemon Trainer, unfolding the mystery about the mighty Alpha Pokémon: Arceus. Moreover, Players can explore in a sweep field filled with different Pokemon and experience flexible battle systems different from the normal turn-based one.

For the devoted Pokemon fans, the Pokémon 25th Anniversary will be featuring numerous events through out the entire year. In addition to the upcoming video games, many clothing, music, manga and toys will be presented during this meaningful celebration.
