At this point, it’s been over a year since Rockstar Games released the first and only trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 and naturally, fans are getting antsy for more.

Without a doubt, GTA 6 is one of the most anticipated game titles of the decade. Fans have been talking about the next installment of the GTA series for over a decade at this point as GTA 5 has been out since 2013. So here we are nearly in 2025, still with no release date and only one trailer to satisfy our anticipation for GTA 6. However, it is possible that Rockstar put a GTA 6 teaser in the newest update for GTA Online, which is titled Agents of Sabotage

One X user, TGGonYT, noted that in the background of the promotional art for the Agents of Sabotage update, a statue can easily be spotted that resembles the ‘Hidden Package’ statues players can find around GTA: Vice City. Since it has already been confirmed that GTA 6 will bring us back to Vice City, it is possible that Rockstar did intend for this little easter egg to double as a teaser for the next GTA. The statue can also be seen within the first 10 seconds of the GTA Online trailer.

One YouTuber, ZacCoxTV, noted that in the Agents of Sabotage trailer, another egg-shaped statue is visible on the same desk that the other statue can be seen in the promotional art. This could resemble a literal Easter egg that is also found in Vice City

These theories could be stretching it just a bit, but who can blame GTA fans for being thirsty for new information over a game they’ve been looking forward to for so many years? Whatever Rockstar’s intentions may be with this reference to Vice City, it is at least entertaining to try and connect these hints to GTA 6.
