Nintendo eShop Releases: July 25, 2019
One of Nintendo‘s biggest properties is hitting the Switch eShop this week, among a smorgasbord of other titles.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses, the latest in Intelligent System’s flagship series, launches tomorrow. Set in the soon-to-be-war-torn Fódlan region, you’ve been enlisted by the Church of Seiros’ Officers Academy to teach students about fighting, strategizing and the weapon triangle. As with prior Fire Emblems, this is a turn-based strategy game, but this time you have three different paths you can choose, hence the subtitle.
Wolfenstein: Youngblood picks up 19 years after Wolfenstein II, but this time series lead BJ Blazkowicz is nowhere to be found. Instead, his two twin daughters have been primed for action, and they’re ready to make their father proud. You can play solo or co-op with a friend.
Forager, which launches July 30, and Fantasy Strike are also gracing the Switch this release cycle. Both are colorful indie hits worth keeping an eye on.
