July 17 was the peak of Pokemon Go Fest 2021 events, featuring rotating habitats and legendary raid hours.

The rotating habitats included Jungle, Desert Mountain, Ocean Beach, and Cave. Each habitat had a selection of Pokemon spawning more frequently during the time slot for the Collection Challenge, which offers 1000 Stardust, 20 Ultra Balls, and 1 incense for those who successfully accomplished the challenge. Besides the assigned categories, music-themed Pokemon, such as Chimecho, Kricketot, and Audino also appeared throughout the event, as well as shiny Pokemon.

After the habitat rotations, July 18 featured four legendary raid hours: Wind, Lava, Frost, and Thunder. The four themes also rotated throughout the day. It was an opportunity to battle different legendary Pokemon and collect new ones.

The Go Fest 2021 ticket also unlocked several special events. Aside from the listed Pokemon, participants gained access to exclusive Pokemon (regional ones) during the habitat rotation, as well as Pikachu Rock Star, Pikachu Pop Star, and new shiny Pokemon. Moreover, there was a new mythical Pokémon Meloeetta added to participants’ Pokédex.

While the major events have passed, fans can still purchase the Go Fest 2021 merch.
