A few weeks ago it was announced that the 2020 edition of Pokemon Go Fest would take place sometime in late July. Now, uGames can report that the event will take place over the course of two days on July 25 and 26.

This year’s Pokemon Go Fest will be open to players of the game around the world, and tickets are available for purchase in the game’s shop for $15 which will allow players to attend both days of the event.

Players will be able to partake in a virtual lounge, which will replace the typical player lounge at the in-person Pokemon Go Fest, where they can interact with other players, watch interviews, and more.

There will also be various challenges for players to partake in during the days leading up to and during the event where players could receive new mythical Pokemon, which have yet to be announced. Developers have said though that players “will be in for some really big surprises.”

One other detail regarding the event that has come out is that there will be rotating habitats where players will be able to take in a variety of objectives to earn special bonuses. These events will last for a hour at a time so players will have to act fast to complete the task.
