‘Uncharted’ Available Now On Netflix – But One Critic Says A 12-Year-Old Could Have Written It

First Images Of 'Uncharted' Movie Revealed
Uncharted can now be streamed on Netflix.
The film based on the popular video game series features actors Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg.
In the movie, they played characters Nathan Drake and Victor Sullivan (also known as Sully).
The Uncharted film finally hit theaters on February 18 – after a series of delays.
The video game series was about two treasure hunters who travel to explore uncovered secrets.

Some fans who watched viewed the movie provided some feedback.
But don’t worry these will not spoil the movie if you have not seen it already.
One fan said: “Finally watched the Uncharted movie tonight and it was WAY better than I thought it was gonna be. 100% on board for a sequel.”
But not everyone loved the film as another said: “Uncharted is one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen,” adding that a “12 year old could’ve written that movie.”
And there were some other reactions by fans, with one stating, “I still think Nathan Drake should be played by someone a little older. But Tom’s cool I guess.”
Another said. “Nathan Drake is one of the greatest video game protagonists cause he’s just some guy.”
Meanwhile, the film only got 40% positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes.
In total, video game developer Naughty Dog produced four main titles of Uncharted, which are as follows:
- Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune
- Uncharted 2: Among Thieves
- Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception
- Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
The Nathan Drake Collection, which includes the first three games in the series, can be bought through the PlayStation Store for $19.99.
Those games were originally made for the PlayStation 3.
And some fans are wondering if an Uncharted 5 is in the works next for Naughty Dog – but it’s unclear if it will release anytime soon.
Shaun Escayg, who worked with Naughty Dog on developing Uncharted 4, had this to say to GamesRadar earlier this year when asked about a fifth game.
“I think we can say for certain that we can never say never. Uncharted is a franchise we love – that the studio loves. It’s a world we want to see more of. So I can certainly say that,” Escayg said.
Netflix subscriptions range from $9.99 to $19.99, depending on the plan.
