Cyberpunk 2077 is only a few weeks from release, but it would seem that a few people have gotten their hands on a copy. Over the weekend, Redditor Justgonnasendit posted an image of them holding the game’s box, claiming to have held it at his job as an Amazon warehouse worker. While this isn’t anything out of the ordinary, it did hint that people could have gotten an early copy of the game.

That seems to be the case, as Cyberpunk 2077 has been leaked. Over on ResetEra, multiple users have confirmed that streamers have broadcasted 20 minutes of gameplay of the game’s early hours. While the streamed footage has been taken down, users on ResetEra have provided links to download the leaked footage. It has also been confirmed that the footage doesn’t contain the day one patch that will launch on the game’s release date. Cyberpunk 2077 isn’t the only game from 2020 to have been leaked. The Last of Us Part 2 also had its story and gameplay leaked back in April, a month before its original release date.

For the time being, we recommend fans and consumers keep an eye out for any footage that wasn’t released by CD Projekt Red or from the press.

Cyberpunk 2077 will release on PS4, Xbox One and PC on December 10. Those who purchase the console version of Cyberpunk will receive a free upgrade for next-gen systems in 2021.
