PS5 Reveal: All You Need to Know

Today, GameStop has announced on social media that more PS5’s will become available to pre-order. “We are pleased to announce that further quantities of PS5 consoles will be made available to pre-order at GameStop.com and in GameStop stores tomorrow, Friday, 9/25.” Reads the official tweet from GameStop. The company has not announced the time when orders will go live, but it will most likely happen around noon, as that is when most GameStop stores are open for business.

PRE-ORDER PS5 HERE!

To say that pre-ordering a PS5 last week was a nightmare is damning it with faint praise. From the surprise announcement from retailers to websites crashing from the sheer volume of people trying to order one, there’s plenty of reasons why it’s going to be hard to get your hands on a PS5 this holiday season.

GameStop will also be employing a new system online, where customers will have to wait in a digital line to get the chance to purchase a PS5. This will ensure that the website won’t crash and be as stressful as last week’s fiasco.

Announced earlier this year, the PS5 will be arriving on store shelves on November 12, with the standard version costing $499, while the all the digital edition is priced at $399.
